The hills were very steep and difficult to walk to the pools or the property. Limited sidewalks,so we had to walk on the very steep roads. The room carpet is old and dirty. The stairs outside are in bad shape with holes

The property is pretty good. it is older but still nice. Breakfast is great! The Spa was great. They do offer 7 swimming pools; however, at least 3 of them are tiny and only had 1 or 2 layout chairs. The big pools are really nice, the bar/food at the big pool was pretty good. The service was great. It is not for the faint of heart!--It is built into a mountain--it is hilly. i am in pretty good shape and it was tough to get up to my room. You can probably get a ride on a golfcart if you wanted-- but the view is worth it.

The staff was friendly. Rooms dated but clean. However the bed was so uncomfortable it ruined my sleep as the mattress was like a rock! The food at restaurant and room service was meh and below average. The pool was great though. Probably won’t be returning as bed was unbearable to sleep on for four nights.

Loved the different pool options - a quiet, adult one with hot tubs, family one, and also happening resort-feel pools with music playing and food/beverage service. If I had to list a complaint, it’d be that there were 4 of us registered for a room, and we’d only get 2-3 caffeinated coffee sachets in our room

We'll be back!

The friendliest staff of any resort we've stayed at. Everything was very clean and easy to access. Point in thyme restaurant was very good with exceptional staff. Front counter was more than helpful with answering questions and even allowed early check in since our room was ready. Spa service was nice one day. We enjoyed the pools with falls and water slide until they got busy in the afternoon and then moved to the adult pool for peace and quiet. Excellent experience all around and having a Starbucks onsite is always a win.

Decent for the few days we were there

The waterpark was great and the poolside food/drinks was exactly what we wanted in order to lounge by the pool- the resort itself was nice but felt a little dated and not as nice as the pictures online portray. Sraff wasnt as informed about certain things, like pwhy the La Cantina restaurant wasnt open; and the food wasnt anything special, pretty bland and unimpressive. Definitely wisjed we'd had a car to go off site.

The Falls pool was nice enough and had a decent atmosphere. The staff was friendly, drinks were reasonable @$15. The food was average pool cafe food. All of the staff on the property were extremely nice and accommodating. The property itself is somewhat dated and the Starbucks is tremendously understaffed.

Over all good trip. Photos of rooms online are misleading, luckily we were not in our room but to sleep and shower. One changing port on one side of bed, crooked light fixtures, debts and dings. Hiking rails around were great! The pools were clean, scenery was gorgeous. Food was decent, only had breakfast buffet once, more like the free breakfasts at holiday in express. Had the pool bar food and it was good. Service on Saturday was rough. Place was busy, but bartender at the time was rude.

Pretty resort setting. Definitely feels dated in places. Lounge chairs around pool area are visibly broken and some are unsafe—my daughter’s hand was badly pinched by an arm rail that collapsed without warning…not a great experience with a high daily resort fee. That said, my kids enjoyed the variety of pools and the room was fairly spacious. Always a long line for the lobby coffee shop. Not impressed with on property dining options.
