Overall, we had a really nice stay. The building is older, but has nice updates. The room was clean and comfortable. We loved the pool and the service at the pool! Jenna Lee was our pool server as well as our restaurant server for dinner at Pointe in Time. She was exceptional! So kind and a wealth of information for local things to do! Highly recommend.

Second time we've been to this location. We had a really great location for our room. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, food is amazing! The pools are clean and feel nice. This resort is a family favorite!

Always an amazing stay at the Mountain Shadows! Olivia upon check in was exceptional and quickly got us up to speed on all of the new features and insights. The grounds are always spectacular and well manicured.

This is an aging resort but the pools were great, the gym was awesome, close to hiking trails, excellent restaurants.
