We all enjoyed our stay at the property. The King bed mattress was warn and should be replaced as we did not have a good night sleep. Everything else and the service was wonderful.

Griffin at front desk excellent host. Nice pool, hot tub setting. Well kept grounds. Outdoor gas fireplaces very nice. Rooms are Southwest style, done very well.

I had two Scorpions in the bathroom when we arrived. The leather couches that use to be there have been replaced with very uncomfortable cheap furniture. The chair in our living room is torn. I wish they had kept some of the charm of this historic property and not try to make it a typical bland hotel..This property is special and should embrace the SW Decor. Offer help to people who have to get suitcases upstairs..A few area rugs to warm up the cold floors would be nice. Kitchens are great but its time for better coffee and a good coffee maker.

The door wouldn’t open. All keys work the door knob electric part was broken we couldn’t get in our room called front desk took 25 mins for someone to come then they couldn’t even get the knob to turn either so we had to wait for tools to take the handle off. We missed the wedding rehearsal dinner. Then we had to sleep with no door knob/ handle and couldn’t lock our door except for the metal latch. Waited u til 9 am the next day for maintenance to come install a new handle didn’t want to leave him alone with all our stuff. Took over 2 hrs. Such a wait of our Friday night and Saturday morning Then the front desk was so rude about it

Very beautiful resort. The food at the restaurant was amazing, especially the crab cakes. Yum. The room was spacious and clean. The toilet room smells “old” if u will. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. I’d definitely recommend. It’s a full condo with 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. A patio and 3 tvs. Full kitchen. Bbq grills and outdoor fireplaces. Absolutely beautiful.
