The room was booked for 5 adults and advertised to have a couch or pull out bed option for 2 nights. Neither existed. Consequently for $700 stay, one slept on the floor. The continetal breakfast was not restocked at 8 am either day...and silverware was a spoon or knife. I was directed to staff room...speaking to staff did not improve the situation. Finally, we were provided with towels for 3 although there were 5 of us. Additional towels were provided after requesting them.

Everything was great!, but….I was in #136, and I was disturbed at all hours by doors slamming. The doors need a brake to ease them in to closing, quietly. Residents leave/enter rooms and let go of the door handles, then……SLAM!!! That’s all.

Nice but needs updated bathroom

Was a perfect stay for us! Room was clean and quiet! Bathroom needed an update! Shower was difficult for us to get into and out of! Huge huge bathtub jetted with very wide edges that made it hard to step of and into the shower!!

The room was not ready at checkin time...we sat in the lobby for over an hour and a half...the lady on the counter was patient, kind and apologetic, she was being berated by other guests checking in...but she kept calm and kept apologizing. We felt really badly for her‼️ The room is clean but for the price we paid we expected much nicer and more comfortable beds‼️ We will NOT be back‼️

Room was somewhat "understated" for price range with Spartan furniture and low-wattage lights.My wife and I were also disappointed that there was virtually no public area to hang out/relax in. Immediately adjacent to check-in desk were 4 chairs next to a vending area and insufficient light to even read.

We really enjoyed our room especially the jetted tub. The room was comfortable and clean and all employees were kind and helpful. My only conplaint is the ice machine on the 2nd floor was broken the entire time and there is a musty cigarette smell in the halls and lobby. Our room did not have the same smell. It did not hinder our trip in any way.
