I required a wheelchair accessible room and had a small service dog with me. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and quiet, easy to move around in a wheelchair. The roll in shower was easy to use and enjoyable after a long drive.

The staff was okay. We were in the room from Thursday to Sunday with a family and no one went in to clean or replenish towels nor toilet paper until we asked for it on Saturday. Room seemed clean but my kids found odd stains and gunk under the desk. I would not stay again.

The room was dirty. Opened men's cologne box was still on the vanity. The whole room smelled as if the person had just left before we entered. There was nail clippings on the carpet and cheese bits on the floor. We were exhausted and just needed a place to rest for a few hours, otherwise we would have booked elsewhere.
