The hotel and everything looks nice, upscale for me anyway. Check in was easy and smooth. Rooms were very nice looking. Comfortable beds, but wish their TVs had local channels. Couldn't watch the Phoenix Suns game, which I was attending the next night down the street. Power outlest were non existent, so no gaming allowed if you wanted. Finally the bathroom, looks nice but very careful the floor is a death trap. Stepping out of shpwer,, slip and my face met the tile floor and hurt my back also. Reported to front desk, had to request EMS to clear possible concussion. Just ruined what was suppose to be my Birthday weekend.. thanks.. when I checked in, they gave me the wrong room. This is the second time that’s happened. I was supposed to have the club suite was two beds and they gave me the club suite with one bed. I went downstairs with all my luggage and they ended up giving me a regular room with two beds. Had a lot of luggage so I tried to call from the room phone and nobody answered for about 45 minutes. I ended up going back downstairs and waited 30 minutes to get the right room and they made me feel like it was my fault then I got the wrong room. It’s too bad cause this place is really nice and I love the area.
