Walkable to everything Scottsdale has to offer, this colorful two-story townhouse, appropriately named Scott Casa, is the perfect location for you and your guests to experience this city. This property has a resort-type feel as you experience many top amenities with Old Town Scottsdale in your backyard. Within walking distance to world-renowned restaurants, galleries, local attractions, coffee shops (including Starbucks across the street) and grocery stores, we’ll make you feel right at home.

We understand where you stay can greatly impact your travel experience which is why we have thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable. Our unit provides three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and one with two twin beds. The unit offers 2 1⁄2 bathrooms, a fully functioning kitchen, dining for large groups, an in-unit washer and dryer, smart TVs, a smart Nest thermostat, high-speed internet, and a spacious living room to enjoy gathering with family and friends. The large back patio provides a serene setting with plenty of seating to enjoy the desert air. The grounds and large pool are well manicured and maintained for guests to enjoy year-round. There are two designated covered parking spots right off the back entrance for easy in and out access. Our property is always professionally cleaned between visits.

After booking, you will receive a welcome packet with the information needed during your stay and recommendations of our favorite spots around town. Attractive townhome near Scottsdale Fashion Square and Old Town

Very attractive home, stylish and very clean, with nice enclosed patio in a nice townhome community in beautiful Scottsdale near Fashion Square and Old Town. Best location possible with walking paths nearby on Hayden. We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and would stay there again.
