The house was in a good location, but it did need a little TLC. Backyard needed attention, furniture was very dusty. One of the chairs were broken. The game of bags was in bad shape. There was a huge crack right when you enter the house right through the room. The bunkbed wasn’t very stable, screws needed to be tightened and the heat system was pretty loud when it turned on, but all in all it wasn’t too bad.
