Elaine went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our stay in Scottsdale/Phoenix was incredible and memorable. She was unbelievably responsive, supportive, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a great experience. Even when a few significant challenges arose that were beyond anyone’s control, she handled everything with care, urgency, and grace. We are extremely grateful for everything she did for us and would absolutely rent any of her properties again without hesitation.

Had a great time. Place was perfect for my cousin and I. Close to shops and restaurants and loved the jacuzzi. The only complaint is the cooking utensils weren’t great.
