The staff was friendly and the room itself was nice and clean, but we were disappointed by a few other aspects of our stay at Wyndham Phoenix Airport. The first issue was that we had chosen this hotel based on their website's description of an airport shuttle available "on demand". While we were checking in, we asked for a 3am trip, but we were told that the trips don't start until 5am. Be aware that "on demand" does not mean "24-hours" here. The next issue was the shower/bathtub. The diverter in the tub spout not move at all, so using the shower wasn't an option. The latch to close the tub drain was stuck in place as well, so we couldn't even fill the tub to take a bath without finding something to plug the drain ourselves. We had arrived late and had to leave early, so we preferred to just go to bed and not bother trying to find another hotel or ask for a different room, but we were disappointed that we had chosen this hotel.

If you just need a place to stay for a short trip, this hotel will suffice. I had no issues with checking in or out. Area around is safe and easy to drive. Would recommend if you just need a basic place to stay without needing to break the bank!
