Downtown Loft

I was very pleased with our downtown loft apartment. We had everything we needed to stay at this apartment. The only downside was the location. It was in the warehouse district. Not the safest location.

So good I’m buying their next round

Me and a friend stayed in this unit during a month long internship at local hospital systems in the Phoenix area and we do have quite a bit to say: First things first, the place is gorgeous. It has everything you need for extended stay living I.e mop, vacuum, cleaning supplies, and toiletries. Everything was provided from towels to baking trays to coffee. We only needed to take some but overall, the place was well suited for living off the bat. And the modern amenities and floorplan made coming “home” feel just like coming home. Secondly, we encountered a small issue with the sink that was resolved within two days, prompting the owners of the unit to not only resolve the issue, but hire a specialist to make sure it was done properly. They even went out of their way to bring us paper plates, cups, and a 12pk just for the trouble. They are truly great and very friendly people. They replied quickly, acted swiftly, and made us feel like we were supported, even when work was busy for us. Lastly, I encourage those curious of a phoenix adventure to reach out to the host for ideas on where to go. We had asked for local places that are Phoenix true, and they didn’t disappoint with their suggestions, which included Bikini lounge, Melinda’s lounge, bad jimmy's, and little rituals. Overall, this is a must stay-at place.
