When we arrived the staff night staff member gave our room away even because we areived after midnight (12:20) when I should her that its says we asked for late check in and confirmation number she got very rude telling us we dont understand policy. After almost 35 minutes of this we heard her call someone on the ohone saying she gave them our room and they had to move. Next day we left to get food to return and our keys didn't work. Had to go to the front desk and get new ones which they were way nicer and kind. We asked to pay and the lady the night before used some other guest credit card to pay and everything seemed a mess. The room had trash left in it and the carpet was sticky.
