Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff (it was a female that was at the front desk) was very rude and unhelpful. I make this trip every year for 3 yrs now and never once have I ever had any issues. I always have my reservation booked for Friday, Saturday and check out on Sunday. I also make sure to be in contact with the property since I’m driving from Las Vegas and since I drive at night I usually don’t make it in town until after midnight. So even though I kept in contact letting them know what time I would make it there they still cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there by midnight and my pay option was set to pay at property. So when I arrived at this location at 6:30am on Saturday and tried to check in to my room the Lady that was sitting at the front desk told me I could not check in since my reservation was no longer in their system since I wasn’t there by midnight. She then said I could book another reservation but I would not be able to check in until 4pm that day! So even with me keeping in contact with them letting them know my arrival time it didn’t matter. My daughter whom is 11yrs old and myself had to then sit in the car from 6:30am until 3:00 pm before we were able to check in to another hotel since this hotel was not helpful at all with getting us a room so we could rest before having to go to my daughters Gymnastic competition.
