We loved the hotel, the roominess of the extra living space. Our only complaint was we were planning to spend parts of two days at the pool lounging but were not informed the pool was closed for repair. The extra $30/nt resort fee seemed unnecessary due to the pool closure.

Overall, the Sonesta Suites Gainey Ranch was an enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable, the pool and amenities are nice, the breakfast was plentiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. As many others have noted, the carpet in the rooms is in bad need of being replaced. It looks incredibly dirty, but I think it is just old.

Overall this hotel met our expectations and we enjoyed our time here Pros: rooms with multiples beds, kitchens, bathrooms Free happy hour with beer and wine Nice pool and hot tub Lovely courtyard area Free hot breakfast included Affordable price Friendly staff Cons Hard mattress Overall property seems a bit tired (you get what you pay for) Pool area doesn’t get much sun throughout the day unless it’s mid day

The rooms are clean and spacious but in need of an update. We like the free parking and complimentary breakfast. The courtyard is nice to sit and relax. Overall, a very nice place.
