We stayed here during the week of my college graduation. The host was very accommodating and communicative. She even put up decorations for my graduation and left a card congratulating me! The house was very clean and had plenty of space. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but there was a Ninja double-sided airfryer, a pizza cooker, and a nice toaster in addition to everyday kitchen appliances. The ice maker was having trouble keeping up with our needs, but I think that is pretty common with larger groups. All the bedrooms were well equipped with extra pillows and bedding and they all had large closets and dressers. The bathrooms were equipped with basic supplies for showering so if you are not picky, no need to pack those items. The laundry room also had supplies that guests can use. There were plenty of towels as well as beach towels for the pool. We didn't need to use the garage, but the host did ask if we wanted to use it. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood. The neighborhood even has one of those "community libraries" that looks like a huge mailbox or birdhouse, if you want to have some reading material for your stay. The house is close to a Costco and a Target. It is about 2 minutes off the highway for easy access. Overall, I wish I had a reason to return to this area so I could stay in this house again. It is the best experience I have ever had in a VRBO, and I have had some really great experiences.

Cheryl’s property was excellent—very spacious and had plenty of room for our group of 8. She provided water and other essentials, which made our arrival so much easier since we didn’t have to run out for supplies right away.The backyard was a huge hit! The pool was perfect, and the putting green led to some intense competition among our group. We would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in the Mesa area or even nearby. We went to baseball games, and it was only about a quick 25-minute trip to Chase Field.We were also celebrating a birthday, and Cheryl had the home decorated for the occasion, which was such a thoughtful and wonderful surprise. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

Everything was well thought out and very functional. There were extra toothbrushes, waters in the fridge, soap for the laundry, sunscreen, and so much more, all labeled to let you know you could use. It’s a big house with lots of space, worked well for the 10 of us. We left a couple items behind and they reached out to let us know and asked for a shipping address so they could send. I will be going back to this house anytime I’m in the area.

Our family had the best time staying here over Christmas! Our host was very accommodating and had a perfect welcome basket for us upon arrival. The home was decorated for Christmas and let us enjoy the holiday away from home. The home itself is beautiful, plenty of bedding and towels for our weeks stay. The home is well furnished and had every amenity we could have thought of. There were toys for the pool, golf balls and clubs and game galore. Wonder neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Great house with everything you need or think you will need. Came to participate in the Nike Cross Regionals at Toka Stick Golf course. The kids were able to get in the heated pool and enjoyed the putting green. The rain put a damper on a few days but would definitely stay again!
