Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this spacious modern guest home (1399 sq ft) has all the amenities to make it feel just like home. Filled with light, well-curated, and close to Lake Pleasant, Vistancia, hiking, biking trails, golf, shopping, restaurants and more this home makes for an unforgettable visit.

Nestled in quiet neighborhood, this stand alone guest house has its own private entrance and plenty of parking in the front. The beautifully landscaped backyard includes outdoor furniture, a kid's playset, and a chicken coop filled with chickens. Both bedrooms have doors that lead to the back patio with a gas grill, outdoor bistro table and chairs.

We are excited to welcome you to our guest house. We live right next door, so please don't be a stranger and let us know what we can do to make your visit amazing!

We had a fantastic week in this wonderful home. Leah was a great host and thought of every detail a traveler might want. Modern, clean, well appointed. Beautiful linens, great bedroom spaces. Even a laundry room. We travelled with my 91 yr old mother and everything was easily accessible for her.
