Your staff member Carson is awesome! He was very personable and helpful. I needed accommodation because the elevator was broken and he found me a room on the first floor. He also helped me find a room when I had surgery at Mayo Clinic and needed to stay last minute overnight after an outpatient surgical procedure. Staybridge has been our first choice when booking a hotel because of Carson.

As a family traveling with a semi handicap elderly woman, the elevator repeatedly being out of service on multiple days of our stay, for random long periods of time was not acceptable or satisfactory. Our room was on the third floor with no working elevator 75% of our stay! Kitchen sink in room was also clogged. Had to hunt for bedding for pull out couch at guest servies post first night of not finding in room. Beds were however comfortable, food was good, and weekday happy hour was well reviewed. Great central location by a lot of conveniences, views very nice, pool are wonderful in heat. *Will be contacting Marriott/Staybridge Suites directly for failed compliance and safety concerns with ADA requirements.

The hotel is really nice. The pool and spa are very good. Breakfast and happy hour is really good. It is a bit far from downtown Scottsdale.

Clean property. We had issues with another guest smoking next door, front desk was very apologetic and got us into a new room right away. Updated rooms, great staff!

The atmosphere and all around aesthetics. The continental breakfast is always great. My family loved.
