Cozy 2-bed, 2-bath, & Den designed with comfort in mind. Located in an active Senior Community, the renter must be 55+ years of age to stay here. Relax in the living room, cook in the fully equipped kitchen, or play a game in the dining room. We also have a multi-purpose Den with a pull-out Twin Bed & recliner, perfect for watching TV. If you prefer not to watch TV, you can use the desk for puzzles or work with high-speed internet. The backyard offers a BBQ and a comfortable covered dining area.

While staying with us, for an additional fee, you can purchase a Recreation of Sun City Privilege Card, which provides use of all Recreation Centers of Sun City facilities with additional fees for golf and bowling at reduced Cardholder rates.
