I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN! upon checking in, we were told they needed a deposit of $150.00 I give them my card with money in my acct, and they ran my card and told me it kept declining, they ran it 8x's. they have an ATM right next the desk and i was told to use the ATM and they gladly take $150 cash deposit. then I'm told i'll get back after they do a walk through of the room upon check in. I was furious about even checking out money. then the next day I found out I was charged for my room but the charges was for 2 rooms! I am getting this straighten out with my bank. Plus the place stinks also. dont ever stay there.

First off the room was clean, no smells of mold or mildew despite it being a verry old and outdated hotel. The noise in the hallways are very loud , if you are a taller person or have any issues with bending then request an accessible room because the toilet is low to the ground like a kindergarten restroom. My wife and I chose to get this room just to avoid driving to Tuscon after having an extensive flight delay and not wanting to drive tired an exhausted. Too our surprise we were awakened by Front desk personnel at 7:33 AM consistently pecking on the door and once I opened the door being asked if we were smoking which we were absolutely not and were sleeping. So then there is a big commotion next door which apparently was the person who was smoking refusing to leave resulting in police officers arriving to knock on our door yet again after falling back asleep. No apologies or anything from hotel staff or Chandler PD. Horrible experience! My advice to anyone choosing to stay here, if you can financially afford to pay 25 t0 30 dollars more Choose a different Hotel! For the price of 95 dollars on Expedia it is ridiculous! Stay somewhere else or simply choose one of the hotels across the street from this Super 8 on I-10 and Chandler Blvd

The bed cover was old and very thing. When i got in bed there were pebbles in between the sheets. Turned tv on couldnt turn off i had to call front desk, there was no phone in room called from my cell no one would ever answer. Manually turned off the tv. Was definetly not worth the cost i paid. Only slept 4 hours and left

Super 8 at Chandler AZ was a good place to stay. The bathroom looked like it could use a little bit of paint. The staff were great, they returned my wife’s pajamas when we forgot to take them when we left.

I booked a room with a King Size bed and got a room with two Queens. Room was somewhat clean but not throughly. Also had a strong smell of cleaning products. The coffee maker looked so old and dirty that I could not bring myself to use it. Everything in the room looks super old and outdated

The vinyl plank flooring in the rooms and hall crackled when you walked and felt sticky. We can't change inconsiderate people but the doors BANGED when shut into the early morning hours. Surely there is a way for the motel to prevent doors from banging. The inconsiderate people talking loudly in the hall sounded like they were right in the room with us.

The wifi did not work. The place wasn’t very clean. The breakfast consisted of a yogurt with a packaged muffin a bottle of water and the staff wasn’t very available. While the place was cheap, it still wasn’t worth the money.

Staff was not at the front desk. I waited with another guest to check in (approximately 5 minutes). The gentleman who did eventually appear was very kind. The room was in trembly poor condition. Most items did not work (lamps, remote, etc). Door had large gap, allowing light and noise all night long. There was not a single clean surface in the entire room. I wiped the toilet seat with a makeup wipe and was shocked at the dirt that came off. The coffee area in the morning was filthy. We decided not to stay additional nights and relocated to another hotel.

We had been traveling with 2 autistic kids and needed to stop and sleep. Room was PREPAID. Would not check us in as we did not have another form of pymt for the $150 deposit. Refused to refund. This was literally the last of our money. We ended up sleeping in our car witb the kids. Other people trying to check in had the same issue with checking in.

The hotel is obviously a little bit older, which is fine, but it was somewhat disrepair. The first room we had the TV did not work so they had to change us rooms and when we got into that room in the morning when I took a shower. I realized there was hair stuck to the sides and bottom of the shower and did not look like it had been cleaned. There were long hair strands all over the floor as well. It was also advertised that this had a breakfast included with it. The sign above the door said breakfast was from 6:30 AM-9 AM. We went in the first morning just before eight and there was absolutely nothing. The door was open, but there was no food at all. We stayed there for four nights and checked every morning and there was no food. The juice machine was not working. I would not recommend This hotel at all.
