The place is dirty, I killed 2 roaches, one on the wall and one on the floor. I would get the room checked for bedbugs because I felt like I was getting bitten all night and I woke up and there were some blood on the sheets.

I had complaint about this property before, but it is the closest place to the assisted living place we had to visit. Nothing has changed there the staff in the morning and evening acted like it is a chore to serve you. The website shows breakfast and all you get is a granola bar. Our toilet didn't work we had to unstop it. The staff park where you are suppose to pull in to check in. Also I can't believe how much it was for one night we stayed at Best Western in Kingman and had a full breakfast for allot lest a night. I see the reviews are pretty bad can't believe Wyndam keeps it open.

Room was supposed to be non smoking. The bed spread had 5 to 7 burn holes. I took it to the front desk. When I took the bedspread off I could see shoe prints on the top sheet. Like they were changing the ceiling lights room overall was not clean. The toilet did not work properly. Just a horrible experience.

The room was fine, but either a worker (the laundry was across the hall) or someone across the hall was in and out of a room till about 4:00 a.m. This person kept letting the door bang, kept going to the ice machine, and kept a loud TV on.
