Spa was amazing, food options and quality was great. Had to call twice and physically go to front desk for a microwave and had one very rude staff experience. Environment is casino focused, online it makes it seem like it’s a luxury resort with a casino close-by/attached, this is very misleading as the casino is the center of everything and you have to go through it to get almost anywhere. Pools were okay and warm but not a huge focus of the resort. Golf experience was amazing. No resort activities though other than if you want to pay for golf/casino/spa- and you need to uber anywhere outside the resort so we were bored a lot of the time. Overall, great resort if you want a hotel that’s basically a casino with rooms attached, but not for a relaxing mountain getaway, as it is advertised.

Very beautiful hotel, the various pools were well maintained. Im not into gambling but the Casino area appeared safe. The only thing I didn't like were.the bed pillows...squares instead of regular pillows but that's my personal preference. Also, be warmed this is nowhere near the Talking Stick amphitheater but again that was my own fault for not doing my research. I still enjoyed my stay and would stay there again!
