As a frequent business traveler who often visits Arizona and experiences a range of accommodations, I can attest that Tempe Oasis has consistently provided an exceptional experience. I have made three separate reservations to extend my stay, a testament to the quality of service, as I typically book one day at a time to ensure satisfaction. From the moment one enters the lobby, the staff consistently offers a warm and welcoming greeting. Their friendliness, helpfulness, and politeness are commendable, and the check-in process is remarkably efficient and straightforward. The housekeeping team is equally personable, maintaining impeccably clean rooms. The towels appear brand new, and the pillows and bed offer superior comfort. Furthermore, the room amenities, including a stove, a large refrigerator and freezer, and a sink, provide everything necessary for preparing a meal. I fully intend to choose Tempe Oasis for my future visits to Arizona. Thank you, Oasis, for making my stay so enjoyable.

The staff was very friendly. The hotel grounds were well kept and had nice music playing. The rooms were large and clean. I enjoyed my stay and would return if needing a hotel in Tempe again.

Overall, the room was excellent. Full kitchen separate bedroom. I was here for an art show at the Scottsdale waterfront shopping center, so I did not spend much time in the room except in the evening. The temperature at the time when I stayed only required heating, just enough to warm the room. Any other time of the year you will not be able to sleep in the bedroom because the air conditioning will be way too loud since it's right next to the bed. They could replace the futon in the living room serves as a couch, extremely uncomfortable. Also, they could level the coffee table instead of having guest put napkins under the legs. When I booked this, the room was $100 a night... The location for me was perfect, the property was beautiful well maintained, and parking was abundant allowing me to park very close to my room. A mini split AC and more comfortable seating would've raised this to excellent!

We arrived at night and had to use the passkey to get into the gate. This was not a drive in gate as I had envisoned. It was a gate down to the dungeon! There were sketchy people in the parking lot who approached us trying to follow us into the gate. When we finally accessed our room, we noticed a strong moldy odor. The experience made us seriously consider leaving, as we did not feel entirely safe or comfortable. If you do stay here, I would advise arriving during day and not going out.

Everyone the front desk was great, I only remember Avery’s name. I think that’s her name, I had an issue with the pillows in the room & I was expecting house keeping to come in and clean/do a towels replacement but that didn’t happened. Overall the place was very secure in the night. I was locked out my first night because I wasn’t informed that the main door closes at a certain time. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Phoenix.
