staff was OK. pleasant, but did not go above and beyond. the room had a TV, but useless unless you brought your own streaming, etc. the water in the shower never got hot (but it was warm enough, at least). there was a slight smell of smoke in my room. on the other hand, the keypads to enter the gate and room were great (though maybe tougher after dark). it was quiet enough for a good night's sleep. it was all appointed with a full fridge, a stove, microwave, etc., a separate room for TV, etc. from the bedroom. convenient to both tempe and phoenix and the airport.

We reserved a king size room and got one double bed. Checked in pretty late so we just kept the room. The room was not the cleanest, no tv in bedroom, no alarm clock, no phone. Positive things about the hotel were friendly staff and bar right across the street.

This place is amazing..super clean, comfortable bed. It has a kitchen with a full fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster. You can do your laundry in your room too. Everything is newly remodeled and clean!
