Very disappointed with this rental. Spiders and bugs in house, we ran out of toilet paper, not enough towels for 8 people. Dirty fingerprints on ceiling above top bunk bed. Lots of dirty smudges and squashed bugs on walls. Not a clean home. Outdoor furniture and backyard completely useless. And host was slow to respond to any text or calls. This house was adorable in the posted photos. May have been nice a few years ago but needs a good refresh 🙁

Loved it !!

We loved it ! Very cute and cozy. Would Like to see them put in a different sofa more plush and cozy also get rid of the rickety chair in living room and put in a couple comfy chairs. The back deck needs to be updated and needs shade on the deck. A couple chairs in the nice green yard by the trees would be nice too!!

Great location and space but needs some TLC

The location to downtown Gilbert is great. The beds and shower are good. Overall the space is good however the living room furniture is worn and uncomfortable and the deck has numerous pieces that are splintered and weather worn. The deck furniture is rusted and peeling.

The Palm House is In a perfect location to walk to all the restaurants in Gilbert. The place is great and we really enjoyed staying here and would stay here again. The Property Manager is great to work with.

Quaint cottage

We love this property. The house is in a perfect location to walk downtown. It is a very comfortable home with updated decor. We had plenty of room for four adults and an infant. We wish we had time to use the spacious backyard and fire pit.

Perfect Location

This is a perfect location for staying in Gilbert. The house was very clean and had every amenity that we needed. The backyard and fire pit were quite enjoyable. The walk to the downtown eateries was less than 2 blocks away and convenient for all times of the day.

Amazing home - kind and thoughtful property owners

This was such a nice place conveniently located close to downtown Gilbert. The bunkbeds were perfect for the younger kids and the yard was very welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again in the future. Thank you for such a memorable stay!
