Inside, the house features a split floor plan, with a master bedroom designed for sound insulation, featuring a comfortable queen bed and a stunning en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms offer ample sleeping space, one with a queen bed and the other with a twin/queen bunk bed. A spacious guest bathroom with a bathtub completes the interior amenities.

Outside, the backyard beckons with its lush grassy expanse, fenced pool, inviting fire pit, and expansive outdoor dining area. Perfect for leisurely afternoons of grilling and swimming. Plus, our neighborhood park is practically at your doorstep, offering abundant green space and playful amenities.

For added convenience, a front-load washer and dryer are at your disposal, along with basic laundry supplies. Our home is also child-friendly, with toys, a pack n play, and a highchair available for little ones.
