You will love this four bedroom single level home with tall ceilings to really open the space. The entire kitchen, dining and family area are open and accommodating for large families or groups. The master bedroom has a king bed with bathtub and walk in shower that opens up to the backyard. Two bedrooms each with queen are perfect for a couple or children. The sectional sofa also turns into a sleeper for 1-2 extra. The study has been turned into an extra bedroom with twin over full bunk bed. Into the backyard you will look out onto the Augusta Golf course green. With your own private heated pool and hot tub (no extra charge). Just bring your suitcase and we will provide everything else. Just 8 miles from Mesa Gateway airport. Minutes from retail stores and restaurants. 25 minutes to downtown Scottsdale.

We had an amazing stay at the Blue River retreat.. it truly felt like a home away from home! The space was bright, well decorated, and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and with good quality, dinnerware, and a keurig pod coffee maker, and creamers to go with it as it added a touch. The beds were incredibly comfortable and felt well rested each morning. Evenings were relaxing, watching TV on the comfy sofa. We very much appreciated having a washer and dryer on our six night stay. . Island park is about two blocks from the house and each morning we would go for a walk in the beautiful park to start our day. It is a perfect secluded spot with nice relaxing lawn chairs with a fire pit for evenings to relax. Will definitely be staying here again.!

Perfect House in Mesa

We had a great time at this Mesa home. The place was clean and very well stocked with essentials. Instructions were clear and communication with the owner was seamless. The only feedback I had was that the pool was pretty dirty but I messaged the owner and he had it cleaned the next day. Overall great place…we will be back!

Family gathering!

We loved this house! The host was very helpful and the directions for staying there were very clear.It’s incredibly clean, very well stocked, the pool iwas awesome and the hot tub was heavenly. We had six adults, and there was plenty of room for everybody. Beyond the backyard is a very nice golf course, and we were close to restaurants and grocery stores. The home is also stocked with board games which were a lot of fun. We will return, thank you!

Nice vacation destination

Our group enjoyed staying at Chris's property over the holiday. The house was clean and well-stocked (extra soap, detergent, spices - you name it!). It was conveniently located near a grocery store as well. The pool area was well taken care of and the floaties were an added surprise for our kids. Chris was a responsive host. I would recommend this property if you're looking to stay in the Mesa area.

Family in town for a wedding

A few of my adult children who were visiting for my daughter's wedding stayed here. Chris is a fantastic host. Super nice place, great communication, very clean. Nice to know there's a place this nice close by to our house for when family visits. We'll be calling on him again. :)

We have stayed at many properties around Mesa over the years. This property is by far the best there is. The area it’s located in is a lovely, safe neighbourhood. Amazing House

We stayed here for just about a week, the owner was very receptive when we had to change our travel plans. The house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of towels and seating. The pool was always warm and very clean. The whole house was clean and welcoming. We will certainly book again when we come back.

We really loved our stay in this home. It is a beautiful home, very comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay. My husband and I stayed for over a month, and we had friends visit as well as daughter and teen granddaughter. The pool/hot tub are great, the back yard is beautiful and there are many games to play in the evenings. Chris is very responsive by email or text for any questions. I definitely will stay in this home again and rate it a 10/10.

Wonderful place to stay

What can I say that already hasn’t been said. Chris’s place was more than we expected. We had a great stay. We stayed for 12 days and we never got bored. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and watching the golfing behind the house. We had 2 little ones and they felt at home. Will definitely be booking again.

Great stay for families!

This was an incredible place to stay. We were in town for a sporting event and the location was perfect for our stay. The home accommodated our group of 8 comfortably. It was clean, organized, well stocked, and inviting. We felt comfortable using all the amenities. Chris was responsive to texts and questions right away. He was very accommodating and kind. This beautiful ranch home in Mesa is everything you and your small or big family will need. It is accessible for people with elderly or people with disabilities, wonderful for teenagers, or younger children, and comfortable for any age. The homeowner is incredibly efficient, organized, and has seriously thought of everything you could have in a home to make it feel like you’re HOME. It also is a fantastic location.
