This beautiful property is perfect for relaxing or entertaining: private resort style backyard with heated pool, real fire pit, hot tub, putting green, corn hole and other outside games and grill.
Walk to Kierland / Scottsdale quarter for all prime shopping and restaurants. Golf courses and parks right around the corner.
Inside you will find all amenities you can think of in the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There is a beautiful kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an eat-in breakfast area. There is also a dining table that seats 6. Adjacent to the dining area is a spacious great room with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace room. And there is a comfortable family room with a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a resort-style travertine shower and deep soaking tub with a queen sofa bed. Guest bedroom 1 also has an ensuite bathroom with travertine shower, making this house with not only 1, but 2 master bedroom. The "den" has 2 Full day beds, doors for privacy, and shares a bathroom with guest bedroom 2. There is WiFi throughout the home.
