Minimal room. Outstanding breakfast

The room was clean but very minimal. No couch, or chair. No microwave. Only one seat at a desk. Location of the hotel was great for our needs. The breakfast was great, the best variety we have ever experienced.

Need updates to standard amenities and technology. Smart TV in rooms do not allow streaming network services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu). There is no coffee maker in room (only place I’ve ever stayed without one). Sure, free coffee available in lobby area, but very inconvenient. Finally, keyless access to room (via mobile app) never worked so I used my key each time
