The home has been completely remodeled over the past few years! Gourmet style Kitchen with all the upgrades including stainless steel Viking appliances and subzero refrig.

Each of the 3 private bedrooms come with their own ensuite full baths and private outdoor patios. Each bedroom has new king beds for comfort!.

Wonderful Retreat

Stan is a wonderful and responsive host. This is a real home , with a well equipped kitchen and all the other comforts of home. We found it perfect for three couples to enjoy intimate outdoor dining as well fabulous pool time. Everyone has enough space to escape with a great book . We look forward to returning.

This home felt like our own private oasis. The back yard was our go to to unwind and enjoy AZ sun - pool during the day - hot tub at night with various seating areas to choice from. The host were awesome. Definitely recommend this lovely home!

OMG!!!

Don't even know where to begin. 🤩 We generally do not give feedback from our previous numerous VRBO stays but felt this stay was worth the time. 😉 Stan & Alyssa & THEIR HOME were THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! From the sq. footage to the WELL STOCKED kitchen to abundant supplies of towels (bath, pool, kitchen, etc.), paper goods (paper towels, TP, napkins, etc.), to location to BEAUTIFUL PATIO set up (so many sitting areas), & hot tub to numerous TVs (so many streaming options), to even the garage space. LOVED that each guestrooms had their own bathrooms!!! Plus, the half guest bathroom was nice!! Too many GREAT reasons to list on why we're coming back. 😀 THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, for opening your doors to us. J & MB 😎

Excellent Property

We (my wife and adult children) had a fantastic time at this property. The owners (Stan and Alyssa) were friendly, direct and timely with communication, the house was in great shape, the pool and hot tub were heated and hot, the pool itself is large, but the back yard is the highlight-- beautiful, mature landscaping, multiple areas for sitting, shade, BBQ, natural fireplace, separate fire feature, and a fountain. The property faces west, so if you love the sun and sunsets, this is the property for you. Even the front patio facing east has a wonderful view of the mountains and is perfect for early morning coffee. The kitchen has Viking and Subzero appliances and is well stocked with utensils and staples. The bedrooms and bathrooms are big and updated. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and the 101. I have been renting in Palm Springs California, Palm Beach Florida, and Scottsdale Arizona for over 12 years. Given my experience, I highly recommend the Hacienda in Happy Valley Ranch. You will not be disappointed. Greg R.

A wonderful stay in Scottsdale

My husband and I enjoyed staying at Stan's home in Scottsdale. The house is set up well for what we enjoy doing and is beautifully decorated and landscaped. It is very quiet there which we really enjoy . We do a lot of golfing and found many golf courses to choose from within 20-30 minutes. The stores are close by and convenient to get to. We plan to stay there again in the future. Stan is a wonderful host and was easy to contact for any questions we had.

The best vacation yet!

We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. Stan and Alyssa were exceptional hosts. Their house and yard are in unbelievable shape. Not only is the property decorated beautifully, it is comfortable and very clean. We are big cooks and love to eat in. Their kitchen is stocked with high end cooking equipment and we were able to enjoy family dinner time after hiking or playing golf. Stan was responsive through the entire process. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an A+++ experience.
