For the rate, the hotel is not clean and very basic. Limited soap, towel and pillows. Ran out of toilet paper. The very bare minimums. Dirt in the elevators. Bathtub was full of soap scum.

The check in was a little weird, the hotel clerk was in a room with a slide down metal door, puzzling are they preventing a robbery? While riding up the elevator a young lady seemed to be drugged up rode along with us. Once in the room the air conditioner was so loud along with the people up stairs, next to us and in the hall ways. Seemed like some one was bowling up stairs all night long. There was a brown substance spayed up on the ceiling. The toilet flusher handle fell off. I hardly got any sleep.

Attendant wasnt even onsite and even though i waited and called and spoke to corporate office, still could not get a hold of attendant/manager, yet onced arrived after 30 mins, arrived threating to cancel my reservation, and canceled my reservation, can check camaras and check how long i waited and how i was not rude at all.
