We had checked in a little after midnight the lady was rude, The room was nasty there was a bunch of dirt or crumbs on the hardwood and the entire elevator and 2nd floor had a terrible odor. We had mentioned it and was informed there was nothing they can do. If we could have found another hotel we definitely would have. Would not stay here again.

Full kitchen but no dishes, silverware, bakeware… the hotel is newer but very basic. Towels, sheets and pillows are probably the cheapest I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. The bed was loud and uncomfortable, smelled weed the entire time, and the employees were often talking/cussing loudly on their phones while working.

Worst night of sleep. Upon arrival front desk clerk was pleasant. I was asked if had a presence on floor. It didn’t matter to us so we were given a room on the 2nd floor. While exiting the elevator bringing in bags a noticed a beeping sound in the hall, about every 4-5 seconds a double beep( reminded me of a low smoke detector battery) The room was a little dirty but manageable with the exception of the “hair art” on the shower wall. Must not of even been looked at let alone cleaned. Pillows if that’s what you what to call them, all 3 together may have made 1 pillow. Bed it self was comfortable. I could still hear the beep in the hall but was tired enough to get to sleep through it. Around 3 AM an alarm sound from the room next door buzzed for several minutes and then the phone rang next door as well. The alarm did get silenced but now I was awake and could not tune out the beeping from the hall. Now every 10 minutes the alarm would go off for 1-2 minutes as well as the beeping from the hall. I went to the front desk around 4 and no one was there or answered the buzzer so I called the “500” number on guest phone. The person answered properly but when I told her of the sound coming from the hall outside my room she informed me this had been going on for a couple of weeks. We asked what to do about it now she informed me she would let management know. Sounds like an issue that management did or should already know about. I turned out to be a low air freshener device.

The room was nice and clean. There was ample parking. However, this is an extended stay hotel so they don’t even have an ice machine. They only gave us 2 towels for 2 people for 3 days. The walls were very thin and you could hear everything going on in the room next door. Even just regular conversation noise. Also the front desk staff were definitely not professional. Complaining about their bosses, standing around while customers were in line, and zero people skills for a few others. No smiles, no greetings, nothing.

Room was spotless, staff was dressed friendly. Used gym and pool always clean. Havubg a kitchenet in the room was very useful. I was on the first floor and it was quiet. I didn't use the laundey facility but it was clean daily. Great location.
