The staff was nice. Check in/out was easy. The facility was clean and the water pressure on the third floor was good. Hot water was there when I needed--even on a Sunday at check out time. The provisions were sufficient for the price paid: coffee in the lobby, extra TP, shampoo & soap, etc. The two main "imperfections" (hence, not a perfect score) I noticed is that the beds are squeaky. Mine and the couple upstairs during night time activities. Actually, based on the squeaks, the night time activities bled into the daytime hours, too. I don't mind that so much, but if you are travelling here with children, be prepared for questions. Check out time is 11am. On my day of check out, the cleaning lady knocked on the door around 10:15am "to make sure we were checking out today". Then I got the stink eye for clearly not being dressed to leave at that moment. The rest of the cleaning crew were nice and friendly, though, because there was a few times I was caught in the elevator with them. This place is good value. They are lower priced so I'm sure they are aware of the "imperfections" I noticed. I would stay here again. I do have to mention that there is a Freddy's, Mesquite Fresh Mex, Starbucks and Tractor Supply within walking distance. That made everything convenient to avoid doordashing anything. :)

I booked late in the middle of the night. Last minute decision so I called to confirm just in case. He told me we needed to hurry up and get there. So strange! We get there and the lobby is locked so we have to call to get in. I booked it. I paid for it. So I don’t understand why the guest with me needed to provide a drivers license as well. We booked it as a one night staycation just to get out of the house and be alone. I’m not exaggerating when I say all of the nuts and bolts were loose on that bed frame. I feel sorry for our neighbors and the people below us. Absolutely frustrating! And the most thin mattress money can buy! Definitely not worth the rate. Do better! Also had to kill a cockroach the minute we walked in. Stay anywhere else. Trust me.

The noise level at this hotel is horrible. The walls are so thin you could hear everything the next door occupants did. My bed was broken and made a terrible sound when I got in or out which angered the occupants beneath me and next door to me. In retaliation they slammed drawers and doors. I notified the front desk and nothing was done about it. It was an awful experience and I will not stay there again nor recommend it to anyone.

Saw a few bugs in the room and it was unfortunate that the drinking water offered was limited to the fitness room water dispenser that closed every night. The wifi packages were a bit disappointing as well with daily rates advertised online but being told that the only available package for the location was $14.99 /week when we only stayed 4 nights.
