We booked a hotel called Neece on Expedia over a month before our travel only to find out after looking for two hours of driving that the hotel closed down four years ago. This was the worst experience we have had with Expedia. They try to rebook us the week of Christmas in a hotel over a one hour away from where we were supposed to stay it was a nightmare experience I would not recommend Expedia with their quality of customer service. This is a review on the Expedia platform. I have discovered that this is a common situation and I’ve heard about this issue. Expedia needs to be more on top of the platforms that they are hosting as this hotel closed down four years ago.
