It was our first staying here and we love it! The welcome was great and we feel the warmth. I was with my mother and she had some teeth discomfort but the staff was so kind and attentive - she really enjoyed it! We stayed for 3 nights here and would definitely come back again next year! The staff were extremely courteous and the resort facilities were top notch. The concept of a university embedded in the resort layout and design makes this place unique. The breakfast was a feast. Our best experience on Phu Quoc island!

The young gentleman, Quan, at the main dining room was consistently generous with his time, friendly, personable and made each restaurant visit one of the highlights of our stay. This resort was one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. The hospitality of the staff was top notch. The room was beautiful with a stunning view and the pool and beachfront was spectacular. I would absolutely recommend this property and i would love to stay again!

My stay at JW Marriott Phu Quoc Emerald Bay Resort & Spa was absolutely unforgettable. The resort is stunning, with unique architecture, beautiful beachfront surroundings, and an atmosphere of pure luxury. The room was spacious, stylish, and impeccably maintained. Staff were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make the stay special. The food, facilities, and overall experience were exceptional. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Phu Quoc. Be aware, the prices at the resort are a bit more expensive than what you'd expect in the rest of Vietnam.
