Good overall. Clean and friendly. I didn’t stay the last night because the pool was down for maintenance. It happens and would stay there again. I just wanted a pool for the last few days of being in Phu Quoc. There was no record from hotels.com that I was staying there. Not the first time this happened. That had nothing to do with the hotel themselves. With a few phone calls it was all straightened out. Which is not fun to do when you are half way across the world. The hotel is good.

Inget bra hotel.. ingen pool. ingen restaurang. personalen förstår inte engelska..fick flera gånger säga till om städning av rummet..då dom inte städat under dagen.. städpersonalen satt och såg film i reseptionen. hårda sängar..
