Clean room. Comfy beds. Excellent staff. Great location. Pool fabulous and breakfast delicious. Very close to the beach. Bathroom dated but functional.

Pro: you can walk a very short distance directly to the beach. Hotel provides beach towels. The receptionists are very friendly but they don’t know the area at all, so the only thing they could do for you is to check you in and out and rent you a motorbike. Con: the hotel looks a little run down, not well kept. I wish the receptionists are more knowledgeable to help guests with basic info like where to wait for the bus, some favorite sightseeing places nearby…

My bungalow was beautiful on the beach. The beach was gorgeous. The staff was fantastic. The grounds could use some upkeep around the pool. The tiles are broken. The front entrance could use some upkeep, but they are working on the units and trying to make an effort a great place to stay Wasn’t crazy about the breakfast, but dinner was good.

Hôtel Resort du cœur

Nous avons réservé du 14/2 au 3/3 à Hawaii Resort Phu Quoc, l’accueil à l’arrivée était correct mais nous avons découvert un hôtel dans un état de délabrement avancé. Les toilettes de la réception illustrent bien l’état lamentable de l’hôtel, - chez les hommes, il n’y a qu’un seul wc et il était hors d’usage pendant toute la durée de notre séjour et tout le reste était abimé - chez les femmes il y a deux wc un n’a plus de lunette et l’autre est abimée, le distributeur de savon est cassé. Si la réception est sale alors on peut deviner le reste. Toutes les toilettes, tous les wc de cet hôtel sont dans cet état. La chambre – le ménage La chambre est acceptable bien qu’aucune porte ne se ferme correctement. Il n’y a pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Le ménage journalier se résume à faire le lit et changer les serviettes, jamais un coup de balai. Petit déjeuner : Tout est sale dans ce restaurant, toute la vaisselle est en plastique, à la place de petite cuillère nous avons des pailles coupées en deux, il n’y a pas de lait frais. Pour faire des économies d’énergie, la direction ne chauffe les aliments qu’au début du service après tant pis il faut manger froid. Comment manger froid les plats en sauce. Le petit déjeuner comporte uniquement des plats vietnamiens et les menus ne changent jamais. Conclusion : Hawaii Resort Phu Quoc arbore fièrement 3 étoiles mais en réalité c’est un « Hôtel Resort du cœur » réservé aux autochtones. Touristes, fuyez.

Erittäin hyvä valinta!

Erittäin hyvä valinta, hyvä hinta-laatusuhde. Hyvä sijainti rannalla, kävelymatka Duong Dongin kylään esim. yömarkkinoille. Meillä oli käytössä Beach House / bungalow (varatessa luxury-room, näköala puutarhaan - ei siis mitään mainintaa, että kyse on Beach Housesta, kiva yllätys). Puhdas uima-allasalue ja kiva ranta. Rantapyyhkeet, aurinkotuolit jne. hotellivieraita varten. Hyvä aamupala. Tilavat huoneet ja tilava tontti.
