We arrived to no one to greet us. We message them and were told they had double booked. When the host finally arrived she was rude and abrupt. We were only when we arrived they moved us to a different location. They tried to make us pay for our free transfer to the airport as it was early. I would never return.

The pool was unavailable and possibly other issues. The staff made arrangements and transportation to another hotel close in the area and refunded some money. Thank you for the accommodations and transportation. The efforts were greatly appreciated.

Great value for money, close to airport so good for an early flight the next day. Clean. Friendly staff. Obviously not a prime immediate area but no complaints at all for the price.

Good for an overnight stay. 5 mins away from airport. Staff arranged my Taxy pick up since my flight was leaving at 7 am and shuttle service starts at 8am. Clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice.

Quite near to the airport and the beach. it takes about 30 minutes walk to the beach. 7Eleven just around the corner. There's gas station and Amazon Cafe, Texas Chicken and another 7Eleven just across the road so it is very convient for breakfast. The place is quiet enough and I could sleep well. Only the door locks are quite old type. I hope that place is safe and not black area.

Excellent transit hotel with small cottages best.

Excellent little cottages for short stay. I walked from airport for 20 mins. Taxi quoted 400 baht so walk 2 kms. Kind hotel driver took me back to airport for free. Not 5 star, nor 5 star price but a great place for transit stay, close to Phuket airport. Quiet, clean, no food.
