We paid an extra 250-ish dollars for the all-inclusive package, and unless you are big alcohol drinkers, it wasn’t very worth it. We felt as if we were eating off the kids’ meal every day and ended up just ordering other food rather than the included. The food package and unlimited drinks were also only available at one of the pools, which, if you have kids, was not as enjoyable, and if your room was located near the further pool, it would have been a long walk. Other than that, our suite was beautiful and very fairly priced. I just wish I knew not to waste the money on the all-inclusive.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, however hotel is old and needs a serious renovation. It is clean and safe though, and everyone was taking good care of us.

Handy walk into Patong if you want noise and nightlife. Massive soft bed. Great pools. Late checkout. Lounge with showers available to use after checkout if you have late flights. Delicious restaurant Sea Salt across the road on the beach.

It’s amazing how beautiful every part of this resort is given the size of the property. The gardens are amazing.We stayed in the Romantic Suite and it was huge with a swing seat, spa, etc with sweeping vista views. Just fabulous. Two pools and walking distance to Bangla Road.

It was our first tike here in Thailand and we loved everything in the hotel. All the amenities were amazing. The food at the buffet was amazing, the staff was very friendly. There was this girl named Sam when you check into the buffet she was amazing. So Helpful and friendly. Our flight didnt leave until nightime and they have a lounge where you can relax and shower. Overall, I would stay here again. I would give this hotel a 10 star rating

Great location in front of the beach. Not so walkable and no sidewalk in the area, but tuktuk were easily available.
