Hotellets restaurant havde mad af meget høj kvalitet, og vigtigst af alt var hotellets personale meget venligt og imødekommende og behandlede gæsterne med tålmodighed og respekt. When I arrived I was told that breakfast was included, when I arrived at the breakfast room I was told it wasn’t so I didn’t bother

Hotel is a quiet stay from all the noise in the area. Staff are amazing. More of a 4.5 star if compared to other 5 star hotels. Slight renovations needed in the room. 7 minutes walk to Patong beach

Fab pool, large room, very comfortable, central location close enough to heart of everything but not right in it. Only downside was city view room was very noisy from the traffic.

Great location, close and walking distance to the beach. View is not as great. Faces street so can be noisy all night, would have liked better insulated rooms. Overall, staff was great and central location to main area in Patong Beach as well as Bangla Street is very nice
