Great hotel in a great location

The property was in a great area of Phuket. We always felt extremely safe and the restaurant and shopping options were plentiful. The staff was wonderful. The beds were conformable. The pool was clean and in great shape. We really enjoyed our stay st this hotel

Romms are quite comfortable, no balcony, only window. Hotel is located very close to electrical transformer unit. Wiew from the vindow on this electrical equipment. Rooftop pool is small. It was out of service for two days because of maintenance (fungus or algae filtration). Breakfast has pretty small amount of options to choose. No parking. Overall it is okay for short stay, not more than 2-3 days.

Wonderful stay!

I like the staying at this hotel very much! Wonderful! Clean! Great location! It is easy to go to both beaches- 5 minutes to Karon, 7 minutes to Kata. Both ways without difficult hills. Beautiful and cozy rooftop with pool, bar and lounge area. New furniture and good quality bed suits. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends!

The front desk staff were very friendly and walked us to the room on check-in. The pool on the rooftop was small but they had a fun swim up bar. Unfortunately there are only about 4-5 chairs available under umbrellas so I wasn't able to use the pool for the entire stay as the chairs were always taken. The hotel is located on the main road and there is ALOT of street noise and noise from other rooms. We heard people in the room nextdoor talking and alot of hallway noise. We lost one of the plastic key cards during our stay and they charged us for it. They also had to check our room before we left to make sure we didn't break anything! But our room rate was about $70 / night so I guess you get what you pay for :)

Excellent rooftop pool. Friendly staff. Hotels are expensive in Phuket and it’s very crowded and busy. Not a relaxing experience but the beaches are beautiful.

The staff service is exceptional, the rooms and building are very clean, modern, and well designed. I loved staying here unfortunately it was only one night. I would stay here again the next time I am in Karon.

The hotel was new and very clean. Breakfast was sufficient, different noodles/soup served each day. Staff were very friendly and helpful also. Would stay here again when I return to Phuket next time :)

Excellent hotel with amazing staff

We had a 2 bedroom families room and it was a good size and nice and quiet. Rooms are lovely and clean and filled with drinking water daily. The pool are is good and big enough to sunbathe and kids to swim. We went for the breakfast option and there was fresh fruit, pastries, and you can order cooked breakfasts to suit. I went for the scrambled egg most days and it was lovely. The location is great with plenty of restraints and bars close by. Walking distance to both Karon and kata beach. The staff are superb. Super friendly and cannot be any more helpful. They really do help with anything you ask and are always there ready with those big Thai smiles. Such a lovely place and would definitely recommend. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Great Hotel

This is a great hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It’s a new hotel so while with roof top pool was nice, it wasn’t completed (there was no bar). The room was very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable, pillows too. The hotel is in between 2 beaches, the Karon and Kata a 5 -7 minute walk to each. It’s also near a lot of restaurants and night life.
