The Staff were incredible very helpful with all aspects of the stay. The place is a little run down but the humidity does this to hotels there, they keep it very clean the pool is great and for the cost I would thoroughly recommend this hotel as a great option.

The room was quite spacious with a small veranda. The air conditioning and shower worked well. The restaurant was quite expensive even with our 20% guest discount our meal cost twice what we paid for a similar meal at nearby restaurants the following two nights. The pool was great, it is a pity they didn't keep it open a bit later at night. Just as you were arriving back from daytime activities it was closed. The hotel is close to the beach (5 minute walk), restaurants and some shops. The bus stop to catch the bus to Phuket town is about 50 meters away from the hotel but we were given a bit of inaccurate information about the buses from one of the staff at the front desk. The internet was slow and dropped out a number of times.

Central and easy access to all amenities

Pros: The enormous rooms
Cons: Everything was of a high standard
Location: Close to lovely restaurants, massages, beach and transport
Lovely and welcoming staff. Beautiful decor in rooms

Nice and Central

This is a great hotel near the beach and lots of shopping. We didn't go in to Patong and this was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable with a wonderful pool. Breakfast was a combination of Thai and Western. Over all we had a great stay

Pros: What did i like about the hotel, nothing,, i checked out the next day and relocated to Sugar Marina Fashion close by.
Cons: Staff were terrible; Room smelt old and musty when door was opened. Porter walked with the key while my partner and myself carried the bags.
I had booked on line through Wotif excellent website more than one hour before arriving at the hotel but was met by a reception staff who had no copy at their end. I showed the booking confirmation on my phone in e-mail but was met with an increasing agitated check in staff lady who was now near shouting at me that they have no copy there and refused to simply accept the booking confirmation i had. The staff member had no discretion to proceed using the booking confirmation on my phone and made several calls to her manager elsewhere but to no avail. I was told if i wanted to stay the night then i would have to leave a booking deposit with them. I had paid in full already with Wotif and refused to pay again for something already paid for. After being delayed for near 45 minutes i was checked in and initially offered a lesser room than i had paid for and needed to correct their latest staff error. Finally to my Deluxe Room with a View that i had booked; wonderful view of a wall and roof adjacent. sic

Location: Close to everything
Facilities: Modest; Value: Inexpensive; Service: Friendly, L; Cleanliness: Clean; The breakfast buffet is a bit basic but for price you save on accommodation you could pay for nicer breakfast as a treat if you need it.
