This was a nicely designed hotel in a good location. The rooms were spacious and clean. Bit of a problem with mosquitoes in the room, but that's not really the hotel's fault.

Great location

Perfect location within a 10 to 15 minute walk of Bangla Rd. At night though you could still hear the base from the night club music and this would keep me awake for hours at night. We stayed on the 5th floor so maybe the lower levels aren't so bad as surrounding buildings may block the noise.

Nice hotel and close to many things

If you don't speak Thai, then make sure you download GOOGLE TRANSLATE, don't eat at restaurant, and apart from that all is well.

good hotel but for one thing

Pros: staff always pleasing
my 2nd stay at Mazi and unfortunately got one of the rooms with no view. its like living in a box with only light from the light fittings which is inadequate, never knowing what time it is as its always dark and unable to dry off swimwear. Will come back as I like this hotel but only if I get a room with daylight views either poolside or roadside. other than that have no complaints as staff are great and rooms facilities are good for me .

good hotel

Pros: the new look is very nice. staff are so friendly with quick check in and check out. rooms are good with everything being new , bedding , towels, etc
Cons: only thing I can think of is more movies on the television but then I went to cinema as only 10 minutes away.
Location: I always stay at this end of town, the hotel is near the beach/bars (5 min walk) and up the road is a night food market. Bangla Rd only 15 min
impressed with renovated hotel (had stayed here 3 times when it was Paradee) but the new design has created a very trendy look . rooms are very nicely done with all the amenities a traveller requires. I liked the free tablet to use with free internet which was very fast , the bathroom has a walk in shower which I prefer. sometimes a bit noisy on city side as tuk tuk with boom boom can be heard but did not worry me too much.
