One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Just beautiful. Aside from the great food, the great pool and the great room. The staff are what really make this place incredible. Jane at the front desk was incredible. She could help you find anything. And always with a smile. Parn at the pool was fun and friendly. As was Pond. And Prang And I wish I could remember everyone else else's names. I would give this place seven stars if that was an option. In the middle of chaos this place is absolutely a sanctuary. Patong Beach is a very busy place. But just stepping back into Nap Patong was a peaceful and awesome experience every time. We only stayed 10 days but next time I would stay at a few weeks. Cheers to everyone that works there. You guys are great chefs. Great customer service people. Super friendly every step of the way. Well done. Love you guys. Sam and Peggy Anderson Coats

The room has bad smell , we didn’t as for any cleaner for past 4 days then when we ask for water they hesitate. Even we didn’t get any later check out. The spa on the hotel was horrible and we pay alot for strong massage but get more than soft , also the staff was not kind and they look didn’t want to work.

We had an amazing experience ATT his hotel. The staff was nice and the hotel was so clean. The food was amazing and the best part is check out is at noon and our airport shuttle didn’t arrive for pick up until 4:30 and this hotel has an shower for customers to use before you leave after shopping all day and they hold on to your luggage until your ride arrives. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located within a 2 min walk to Patong Beach. Within easy walking is a 7 eleven, Bangla Rd and Jucelyon shopping centre. You don’t need to walk far and there is a mountain of food options. The rooms are extremely spacious with a balcony and couch. Unfortunately we had a few problems during our stay. Upon getting to our room we realised we had no wifi. We tried to call reception but our phone wouldn’t work. We had to go back downstairs to get the wifi and inform the staff the phone didn’t work. Upon inspection the phone was replaced. Later that evening when we showered the water didn’t drain away. After 10 mins maintenance came as the water still hadn’t drained away and they had to plunge the drain. The shower water was always only warm and would have bursts of cold. We stayed four nights and on our last night after a long day we got back to our room after 6pm to find our room still hadn’t been made up. The manager was very apologetic and offered me a full massage and gave my husband two beers at the bar whilst our room was getting made up. After are room was done we noticed they hadn’t supplied toilet paper. What we can say is the breakfast was great with a lovely selection of hot and cold dishes and eggs made to order. If we hadn’t had all these problems I would have given this hotel 5 stars.

Nap Patong was a good hotel. The pool could use some up keeping and the service there wasn’t great. The inclusive breakfast was amazing! The location is a block from the beach and central to a lot of things which was great. We walked every where and found anything and everything we could need.

Nap Patong Hotel celebrating NYE 2026. Everything is walking distance, the pool area is quite . Hotel staff are super attentive, Breakfast is OK , the selection is not huge but tasty .. I recommand the stay , Im traveling 30 years around the globe. As Solo traveler .. I enjoyed my stay.

Look to The restaurant ,we ate breakfast . Indoor and outdoore sitting.

昨年に続いて2度目の滞在でした。前回はゴールド会員でアップグレードがありプールサイドの部屋でしたが、今回は残念ながら旧館の少しカビ臭がある部屋でした。それでも、このホテルはおいしい朝食付きですしよかったと思います。繁華街から離れているので喧騒も感じず、ゆったり滞在できました。
