This property is accessible only by boat (surcharge) from Ao Por Grand Marina (Phuket) to the resort at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM from May to October and returning from the resort at 10 AM, noon, and 3 PM. The departure schedule from November to April leaving Ao Por Grand Marina is 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM and returning from the resort at 10 AM, 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, and 3 PM. The team at Sathyia is excellent. This property website can be more user friendly. There are only limited thing you can do on this island , I find the advertising for this property needs some editing so the consumer can see what they are getting. Need to update guest bathroom and should have a jacuzzi in every suite.

The staff work incredibly hard and are incredibly kind. It’s a shame that they work with a marina that can’t uphold a good experience and blows whistles in female guests face and disrupts their transportation when they’re trying to make an international flight and then the hotel says nothing. I would avoid the transport services and book with the public ferry for a more dignified experience.

The resort is definitely have good vibes. The only point is while booking you may find the room tarriff economical however with hidden charges like ferry to n fro to the resort makes it an expensive place even in the off season times. Dining and massage is available but that too at 10x price as compare to the outside world. Its difficult to come out of the resort and explore the surrounded village. Overall, the experience is good and can be done once in lifetime if you're looking for a secluded holiday

I absolutely loved my room the first day I got there! By about the 3rd day, reality set in and the thrill was gone. I def would not stay here longer than a few days if i were to stay again. So like i said, the first couple days were great. I was enjoying this peaceful beautiful island resort. By the 3rd day i realized this was a price gouging set up. I was stuck on the island because of the weather. They were not running the speedboat service at all and all activities by speedboat were canceled. The staff was really nice though.

Superb location, staff is Amazing, the spa is great value and we had a great time. Breakfast buffet has plenty of options. We wish we could have taken the day tours they have but the weather did not allowed it. This hotel has very nice rooms with traditional feel, would definitely book again! And the views of the island are out of the ordinary! Special thanks to the carpenter artisan for the dedication in making a souvenir for us in less than 24 hrs.

Everything is perfect, we did a room upgrade and they’re very accomodating. The place is very clean, the food at the restaurant is affordable and very good food. I came from canada and my clothes needs some ironing because of long travel, anyway i request to have iron in the room and not even 5 minutes someone came with iron and ironing board, also i love all the curving details in the whole resort. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you!
