This property is accessible only by boat (surcharge) from Ao Por Grand Marina (Phuket) to the resort at 11 AM, 1 PM, and 4 PM from May to October and returning from the resort at 10 AM, noon, and 3 PM. The departure schedule from November to April leaving Ao Por Grand Marina is 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, 2 PM, and 4 PM and returning from the resort at 10 AM, 11 AM, noon, 1 PM, and 3 PM. Passengers are required to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled departure time. Guests must pay the speedboat fee in advance online or at the property on arrival. We really enjoyed the property, facilities and meals. We arranged for several off property outings through the front desk , and we were notified that they were cancelled due to weather. The weather was beautiful and many boats were out on excursions. This was very frustrating as we were too late to make outside arrangements the same day. We ended up contacting an independent tour and having a wonderful outing the following day.
