Room was big and spacious. Hotel over all was quite nice. However bedsheets and towels had some stains on them when clean. General housekeeping of the room could do with some improvement. I would still recommend and I would stay there again.

The manager is always very helpful and I have stayed here over maybe 7-10 times! and just booked again for Feb 2020.

We overall enjoyed our stay recently here at Lantern Resorts Patong, the photos of rooms and facitlites aren't reflective of the current state of the hotel. We loved the roof top pool and the rooms size were great and large. Close and in walking distance to most things, great location.We wished breakfast was served hot or warm and not cold, 6 days of cold food was yuck.

Love the location

Have stayed there on numerous occasions and always gone back there each year (twice a year) when going to Patong. Always been happy with the friendly staff, cleanliness of hote and fantastic location. Feel very safe walking to and from the hotel at any time of day and night.

Quite nice hotel, great location

Pros: The location was fantastic. Out of the throng of Patong, but still close to everything.
Cons: Please don't offer rooms with fewer beds than people!
Location: Close to the beach, Jung Ceylon Shopping Centre and many restaurants.
The Lantern Resorts Hotel in Patong is in a great location - close to Patong beach, loads of restaurants, and a short walk around to Jung Ceylon shopping Centre (which has lots of good coffee, ice cream and food places to choose from). The hotel was quite helpful when I booked three beds for four people, rather than four, but I thought it rather strange that this mistake could be made in the first place. Apparently the hotel staff thought there would be no issue with two children of 10 and 12 sleeping in the same bed for a week! So beware - even if you clearly state four people will be staying, they might include rooms with fewer beds. Pools were nice albeit small. Everything was clean and tidy.

Great Hotel - close to everything

Pros: Fabulous staff. Proximity to everything
Cons: Nothing I can think of. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location: Close walking distance to Jung Ceylon Shopping Centre. Money changers/ATM's outside hotel. Markets and food at the door step.
Fabulous staff, helpful and courteous. This hotel is ideal as it is so close to all what your in Phuket for......markets, food, shopping (all within a few minutes walk). A walk down Bangla Road and your at the beachfront. Hotel has tourist desk and massage available at Hotel ...this was so relaxing! Rooms were clean and had plenty of space. We loved the balcony which was nice to sit and relax as well. Certainly will be returning to The Lantern again.

Great Location

Pros: Loved the location, hotel needs a little tender loving care but clean and tidy
Cons: The beds.Sorry, had a great stay but the beds are so hard that i didn't sleep well at all. I like soft to medium so if you don't like hard don't do it
Location: Location is perfect, close to everything and in walking distance..
Right in the centre of everything, walked everywhere, close to Bangla, Beaches, bars everything. could not have picked a better location. Hotel staff very nice and never a problem to do anything for you.

Staff are very friendly

the staff are very friendly but hotel needs a little bit of maintenance to make it a great place to stay. The wifi could be faster. Only 5 min walk from Patong beach.
