Contact is not corrected. I have drive my car from Bangkok and get bad traffic from heavy rain and construction. I want to contact the the room i have booked by phone because i will be late but phone number is not correct and contact by massage is have no any answer. When i reach that place at 23.00 it have a lot of title and asked the security staff for title front beach and they don't known any i shows the address no. So finally i can not check in

Title front was not what we expected, we were thinking it was a resort, but it was an apartment! There wasn’t enough communication that we had to wait for someone to let us in as there was no front desk! There is a front office that are selling the apartments but not part of where we were staying, the guys there were fantastic to us! Waited ages for the the guy to get there, because his phone wasn’t working!! Then my sister had to wait another hour to bring her key because he didn’t realize the was another booking! Apart from that drama everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay, pool was nice and Rawai itself was amazing

Booked this apartment for 3 nights at the very last minute. It's located right opposite Rawai beach, not a swimming beach but convenient if you wanna take day trips out to Coral Island and the other islands nearby. Day trips can be arranged with local operators but there are many long boats for hire, right opposite the apartment. Has many seafood restaurants and bars nearby (thought most are rather dodgy). Many convenient stores on the same strip the apartment is located. Also has motorbike rental shops though you can also rent from the front desk. Apartment was very clean and looks exactly shown on pictures. Bed was comfy and has good amount of pillows. There was a safe in the closet. Toilet had rain shower with good temperature warm water, water pressure was satisfying. Shampoo and body soap provided along with 2 big towels and a hand towel. There are 2 TVs, 1 in the bedroom and 1 in the living room. Didn't manage to get the one in the living room to work but the one in the bedroom works fine and has decent number of channels. Most importantly they had a channel showing World Cup whilst we were there haha. Kitchen has sufficient amount of tools for light cooking. There's a fridge and microwave. Water kettle was a little mouldy though. Convenient parking for motorbikes. Swimming pool was small but cosy. There's also shower and sauna. Would have rated 5/5 if owner was quicker at replying. However, he was really generous to let us check out late as our flight was delayed.

Very nice place, front off the beach

That was a very good experience, the complex is very big, 2 swimming pool, front off the beach. all for make us happy, a lot of restaurant close the place. The host was friendly and nice with us, the appartment was also very clean.
