This place was great. Staff was professional and kind. Food tasted fresh/delicious especially at breakfast - great selection. Location: can be a pro and con depending on what you are looking for. We wanted closer access to the beach - not. Getting Grab or taxi was hard- choosing the cheapest price did not work on Grab. Premium provided us with a taxi. If you are planning on staying on site for your entire trip, this is a great spot. If you are not planning on doing this, not so much. Phuket traffic and distance from the beach (over 40 mins) was a hassle and draining. I would stay closer to attraction.

Everyone working at this location should be compensated well as they made the entire experience much more enjoyable. The staff was kind, friendly and helpful when it came to our needs. The property is fantastic with wonderful views from our villa. The personal pool was perfect in the heat. Even though the ocean is not close to this property, it honestly didnt even matter to us. Everything else was fantastic and it was a short drive to the beach. Would highly recommend and will surely be returning in the future!

The place was a dream gorgeous rooms super clean waterfall, private pool, beautiful bedrooms, fantastic soaking tubs. We are two primary suites perfect for two couples with their own privacy. Room service was excellent service and food.. breakfast was beyond what you would expect and so comfortable you did not want to leave. The views are beautiful and gave you an authentic Thailand experience.. proximity to the elephant Refuge is also a huge plus. Highly recommended five stars.

It was beautiful and kept very well. the massage was great as well as the breakfast buffet. I think the only thing was that the hydrotherapy scalp session was not done well. However, for the hotel I would come back and stay here anytime. Loved the staff and the decor and the property.

Everything was magnificent! The facility is wonderful and the service from the staff was some of the best we have ever experienced. We were only there for two nights and when we left my wife had tears of gratitude in her eyes for the amazing treatment. We highly recommend Villa Zolitude to anyone who wants to experience the beauty and the heart of Phuket. 5 star all the way!!

The masseuse was amazing. The divers will all great, kind cowls and helpful. The staff at the restaurant was lovely and gracious. The resort and staff provided an amazing experience. The pool was excellent. The Spa was not open. There was quite some noice from construction on one of the resorts villas, it would have been prudent for a 5 start resort to have advised that at booking.

Loud chainsaw for 3-4 hrs, twice.

I stayed there for 2 nights. No one mentioned anything about there being a cutting down of trees with a chainsaw either day until 3 hrs before I checked out. Prior to checking out. A huge stump shook the whole building and I got scared a tree was coming down on my room. Aside from that, earplugs worked well for the cicada and birds chirping.
