I can confirm all my previous reviewer. Lets start with the good things. The most important parts of the house are renovated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The view from the balcony is amazing. The negative points: Although problems with the wifi were known beforehand, they were only communicated right before the checkin. The problem wasnt resolved during the stay and communication with host was meanwhile poor. You have to walk a very long (200m), unlit and unpaved path from the parking to the building, which is not suitable for handicapped people. This could have been communicated beforehand!

Positiv: Aussicht auf den See, neue BĂ€der, gut ausgestattete KĂŒcheNegativ: Hinweis auf das Nichtvorhandensein der Autozufahrt zum Haus (150-200 m steiler, unebener Fußweg ĂŒber Steine, Wurzeln und Gras) wurde erst nach dem Bezahlen der zweiten Rate gegeben und war nicht in der FeWo-Anzeige nachzulesen, fĂŒr meine ĂŒber 80-jĂ€hrigen Eltern war dies bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen Ă€ußerst herausfordernd, mal abgesehen von den EinkĂ€ufen, die fĂŒr zehn Personen benötigt und geschleppt werden mĂŒssen, WLAN ohne Funktion wĂ€hrend der gesamten Aufenthaltsdauer (der Vermieter gab zu, dass die Vormieter dies bereits beanstandet hatten, auch wiederholtes Nachfragen fĂŒhrte nicht zur Behebung), Instandsetzung des sporadisch ausgefallenen Durchlauferhitzers wĂ€hrend der letzten drei Tage erfolgte nicht, TerrassenstĂŒhle alt und klapprig

Die Villa war von innen supi. Alles da , sehr geeignet fĂŒr große Familien oder Freunde. Die Ausstattung war gut, alle technischen GerĂ€te voll funktionsfĂ€hig. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt mit Auto wegen der Baustelle auf der Straße nicht möglich. Das komplette GepĂ€ck vom Parkplatz zum Haus hochschleppen - das ist eine Zumutung, Vor allem wenn man viel GepĂ€ck dabei haben muss wegen der kleinen Kinder. Auch fĂŒr meinen gesundheitlich etwas angeschlagenen Mann war das denkbar ungeeignet. In der Außenanlage fehlte eine pflegende Hand. Auch die MĂŒllentsorgung hĂ€tte Schleppen bedeutet- das wirkt nicht sehr gastlich. Unser Fazit: Lage und Ausstattung gut. Außen schlechter Zustand! Die Möbel außen wirken verbraucht und nicht sehr bequem , da wĂ€re Erneuerung dran.

Toller Panoramablick, aber leider ein paar Probleme

Wir verbrachten 10 Tage mit zwei Familien in der Villa Doppia. Checkin und Kommunikation vorab verlief gut und einfach. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist sehr schön. Als wir das GrundstĂŒck betraten fiel uns direkt auf, dass der Rasen rund um das Haus lange nicht gemĂ€ht wurde und es wirkte so, als wĂ€re das Haus lĂ€nger nicht besucht worden. Das Haus war grundsĂ€tzlich sauber, allerdings war bei Ankunft die Kaffeekanne zerbrochen, einige Teller mit EssensrĂŒckstĂ€nden im Schrank und der Deckel der MĂŒlltonne defekt. Ausstattung der kĂŒche eher MittelmĂ€ĂŸig, z.B. keine WeinglĂ€ser in angemessener GrĂ¶ĂŸe oder lediglich ein einziges (Holz)Schneidebrett. Die StĂŒhle auf der Terrasse entsprechen nicht den Fotos des Inserates und sind klein und wackelig. Ein SchirmstĂ€nder auf der Terrasse war lose und nur schief benutzbar. Da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, hatten wir den Garten fĂŒr sie zum Spielen geplant. Da der Rasen zu hoch war, was dies unmöglich. Wir fragten umgehend beim Vermieter an, ob er jemanden zum MĂ€hen schicken könne. Nach 6(!) Tagen, 2 Tage vor der Abreise, wurde der Rasen dann gemĂ€ht. Im Rahmen des AufrĂ€umens fiel uns eine Vase auf den Boden, fĂŒr die wir selbstverstĂ€ndlich aufkommen mĂŒssen. Ein kleiner Skandal ist allerdings, dass der Vermieter im Anschluss behauptete, wir hĂ€tten neben der Vase den Deckel der defekten MĂŒlltonne entfernt (wohin denn?!) und uns mit einer Nachzahlung von 150€ belegte. dann

Der Blick ĂŒber den See ist wunderschön. Das Haus ist quasi in einen Wohnbereich und einen Schlafbereich unterteilt, was auch sehr gut ist. Zwei TĂŒren zwischen diesen Bereichen (und der Eingangsbereich) reduzieren den LĂ€rmpegel aus dem Wohnzimmer / der KĂŒche bestens. Die KĂŒche ist gut organisiert und alle GerĂ€te sind vorhanden. Wie im Inserat erwĂ€hnt, kann man nicht direkt mit dem Auto vor das Haus fahren, sondern muss einen Weg gehen - dieser scheint aus Zeiten des alten Roms zu sein, und sehr uneben. Wir haben die vorhandene Schubkarre genutzt, um die Koffer zu transportieren. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, trÚs bien située sur les hauteurs du lac de CÎme avec une vue magnifique ! La maison était trÚs propre et parfaitement équipée, le village est accessible à pied (restaurants, bar et plage en contrebas) et les explications pour y accéder étaient trÚs claires.

Maison agréable mais chÚre

Maison trĂšs propre, vaste et trĂšs bien restaurĂ©e Ă  l’intĂ©rieur. ExtĂ©rieurs moins nets. Murs dĂ©crĂ©pis par endroits et jardin Ă  moitiĂ© entretenu. Dialogue convenable avec ne loueur en direct. Un peu compliquĂ© pour ajuster la durĂ©e du sĂ©jour, initialement erronĂ©e du fait d’Abritel, avec demande de remboursement intĂ©grale et remocation derriĂšre. Personne Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Lieu un peu isolĂ© en hauteur, accĂšs la nuit trĂšs compliquĂ©. Le parking indiquĂ© est un lieu oĂč l’herbe tend difficile l’identification Ă  un parking. Le chemin ensuite, de prĂšs de 300 mĂštres selon moi, est sur des galets glissants et trĂšs instables, associĂ©s avec de la vĂ©gĂ©tation. TrĂšs compliquĂ© pour ma Maman, handicapĂ©e, d’y accĂ©der. Dans le dialogue avec le loueur le lendemain, oĂč je lui signifiais le dĂ©sagrĂ©ment, il n’a pas relevĂ© qu’il n’avait pas assez prĂ©venu. Je ne suis pas sĂ»r que nous aurions louĂ© si cela nous avait Ă©tĂ© indiquĂ© dĂšs l’annonce. Et c’est absolument nĂ©cessaire, que ce soit pour des personnes plus ĂągĂ©es ou des familles avec enfants en bas Ăąge. Dommage. RĂ©el point noir de la location. A avoir en tĂȘte en louant. Point gris : les instructions pour se repĂ©rer, trouver le BBQ par exemple, sont minimalistes. Et personne sur place, pas de 1/3 de confiance. Suggestion : demander aux personnes qui viennent pour le mĂ©nage en fin de sĂ©jour. Le reste Ă©tait trĂšs bien.

herrlicher Urlaub

Das Haus liegt wunderschön und ist sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr einen Urlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen. Es ist viel Platz und ein sehr schöner Garten mit vielen RĂŒckzugsmöglichkeiten. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unschlagbar schön. Es ist alles genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Wir hĂ€tten uns allerdings ein paar Haken im Bad gewĂŒnscht und eine bessere Ausstattung mit KĂŒchengerĂ€ten wie Kaffeemaschine bzw.Espressokocher und GlĂ€sern. Unseren Aufenthalt haben wir sehr genossen.

Traumhafter Urlaub mit Seeblick

Die Villa ist wunderschön eingerichtet und liegt traumhaft in Gehentfernung vom See. Sie liegt etwas versteckt im Berg weshalb sie beim ersten Mal nicht ganz so leicht zu finden ist, aber wenn man einmal den Weg hat, ist sie sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir hatten fĂŒr 10 Leute perfekt Platz und sie ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Wir hatten in dem Ferienhaus eine wunderschöne Zeit. Das Haus ist innen sehr modern und liebevoll ausgestattet. Alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Seeblick und mit angrenzenden, modernen und gepflegten Badezimmern. Vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon aus kann man ebenfalls den Seeblick genießen. Die KĂŒche ist umfangreich ausgestattet und es gibt zusĂ€tzlich einen Waschraum mit allen nötigen GegenstĂ€nden. Unsere Kinder haben sich sehr ĂŒber die im Haus vorhandenen Spiele und Spielsachen gefreut sowie ĂŒber den naturbelassenen Garten, der zum Erkunden eingeladen hat. Der Gastgeber war sehr bemĂŒht und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und sehr erholsame Zeit, was auf jeden Fall auch an dem tollen Haus lag. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Fantastic view overlooking lake como

We had a great family gathering in this newly renovated house. It is spacious, the beds are very comfortable and the interior is tasteful. Nothing was missing and we also enjoyed that there was a delicious restaurant Baia in walking distance and a great bar with nice drinks directly by the lake in Cremia offered great aperitivo.
