Shipwreck Sands is in a beautiful and tranquil absolute beachfront section of Picnic Bay.
Shipwreck Sands is nestled at the east end of the Picnic Bay beachfront. This is the last property fringed by bushland on one side that attracts an array of birdlife that you will appreciate from inside or outside this lovely home. Shipwreck Sands overlooks a lush, grassed foreshore on the edge of the sand, nothing to obstruct the beautiful view. A perfect home to take in the view across the bay and the magnificent granite boulders of Hawkings Point.
Within easy walking distance you can throw a fishing line off the historic jetty, relax and enjoy a delicious meal at the foreshore restaurants and cafes, explore walking tracks to stunning coral sea lookouts, play a round of golf at the local course or simply enjoy the peace of quiet and beautiful surrounds of this magnificent property.
