Sympathique et calme

Lieu calme, assez proche de l’Etna et de Catane, commodités à proximité, tout le nécessaire est prévu dans la maison y compris pour le premier petit déjeuner et même plus, propriétaires très sympas et disponibles.

Maison charmante dans un cadre superbe

Nous avons vraiment apprecié notre sejour à Piedimonte Etneo, Brenda a été très accueillante (il y avait même des oeufs de Paques!), la maison dispose de tout ce qu il faut et est idéalement située pour visiter le nord est de la Sicile. Nos enfants on adoré le jardin et nous la vue!

Wonderful family retreat

Very friendly and helpful hosts, great spacious house, and large garden with different fruit trees and lots of space and ralaxing. The kids really liked it, too! Remote and quiet. We were there when all the cherry trees were flowering - awesome!

Excellent séjour dans la casa de Giovani

Super séjour dans la maison de Giovani et Graziella. Le jardin incroyablement entretenu et entouré d'arbres fruitiers est paradisiaque. C'est un lieu stratégique pour combiner les randonnées sur l'etna et la farniente à la plage. Les fruits frais à cueillir dans le jardins sont fabuleux. Giovani et Graziella ont été très accueillants et bienveillants. Nous recommandons ce lieu pour un séjour en Sicile! Merci

Bien mais...

Nous avons eu un bon accueil de Graziella et Giovanni. La maison est très agréable et le jardin arboré de fruitiers de toutes sortes est magnifique. L'endroit est calme et aeré et la vue sur la colline est très belle. La terrasse abritée du soleil est très agréable et bien équipée et décorée. Domage qu'elle ne soit pas abritée de la pluie. L'accès aux chambres par l'extérieur n'est pas gênant sauf en cas de pluie. Il y a la climatisation dans la grande chambre mais pas dans la petite qui fait seulement 6 m2 et est très exiguë. Les + : - l'eau fraîche au frigo à l'arrivée et les biscuits à disposition ainsi que le vin rouge local. - le barbecue et son charbon. - le grand frigo/congélateur, la machine à laver le linge et sa lessive - les fenêtres des chambres équipées d'anti moustiques et les volets qui assurent un noir total pour dormir. - belle plage immense à 15 mn toujours tout droit. - le Verger en self service Les - : - le lit inconfortable dont on sent les ressorts - les chiens voisins qui aboient la nuit - la chasse d'eau à l'étage fait un bruit épouvantable - la salle d'eau/WC minuscule accessible seulement par la petite chambre - Les poêles sont vieilles et sales. Nous l'avons signalé mais Graziella à jugé que c'était très bien comme ça et nous avons du en acheter une. - La gestion des ordures : 1 seule poubelle sans couvercle alors que dans toutes les autres locations ou nous sommes allés en Sicile il y avait des petites poubelles de couleurs pour le tri. - la connexion internet n'est pas fournie par une box mais par un boîtier 4g qui se déconnecte régulièrement. Il n'y a droit qu'à 12 go et aucun moyen de savoir où vous en est la consommation, nous n'avions plus d'internet au bout de 3 jours mais Graziella à eu la gentillesse de recharger 10 go (ça va être juste pour les 12 jours qu'il nous reste) De plus, le réseau n'est pas stable. - le stationnement et les manœuvres sont compliquées En résumé, c'est dommage d'avoir à faire à des loueurs qui ne vérifient pas que tout est en bon état alors que pour quelques euros d'investissement ce serait parfait. Ils veulent seulement gagner de l'argent sans trop en faire. Nous laissons un parasol et une poêle utilisée mais propre.

Highlight mit fantastischen Blick der täglichen Sonnenuntergänge !!

Das Haus ist klasse, praktische Einrichtung, gute Betten, sauber, gepflegt. Highlight ist aber die Terrasse mit ihrem fantastischen blick, und täglichen Sonnenuntergängen - ein kleines Paradies, das man nicht häufig findet. Überall um dem Haus stehen viele Kirschenbäume,Zitronenbäume und vieles mehr... eine Traumhafte Landschaft am Fuß des Ätnas. Hier fühlten wir uns rundherum wohl. Giovanni und seine Frau sind sehr zuvorkommende, nette Vermieter, die einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Grazie di tutto Giovanni.

Très agréable

Nous avons dormi trois nuits dans la maison de Giovanni qui est originale et assez confortable. Très beau jardin aménagé et arboré, grande terrasse ombragée avec BBQ. Situation intéressante pour rayonner entre Catane, Taormine et l'Etna, tout en restant en retrait du littoral dans un gros bourg rural très peu touristique. Bref, nous étions contents de ce choix !
