Pool is only a play area for kids but it was freezing cold. Also seemed a lot of kids using the pol weren't staying there. We booked a suite and the extra room was nice but poor layout. Could only access bathroom through the bedroom. Breakfast was good. The attached Italian restaurant has good pizza but the pasta is not good.

There was a hidden fee I was charged after I left. They said it's an amenities fee. The lady said it's a cleaning/maintenance fee. I said do you charge for cleaning after I someone leaves? She said no. I said I didn't break anything. And she said everyone is charged an amenities fee. Side note: I didn't trash the room. I'm a very clean person and I don't like messes. So I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The attached restaurant is convenient. The bed was nice and the room was clean. Everything worked well. The wifi was slow and one of the bath outlets did not work. Nice stay.

Amazing stay!! Place was clean and well kept! The main lobby room for breakfast was nice and staff was friendly. Aubrey at the front desk was professional and personable. Beds were great would stay here again!

We were assigned to a room already occupied by 3 individuals, front desk staff were inadequate, bathroom had plaster work around tub and the area around the tub needed to be cleaned, shower head was hard to turn on and water that was not very clean baked up in the tub while ,showering.
