Perfect apartment for two!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here - the apartment is perfectly appointed with everything one needs for a multi-day stay. Good internet, bathroom facilities, washing machine...the bed is comfy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the back patio is private and tranquil! The neighborhood is small and lovely (horses, cows, and sheep along with a dozen or so homes). For touring: the town, mountains, Zell am See - everything is close-by on good roads. The owner, Josephine, is very friendly and helpful! A great place to stay!

Ankommen und es ist Urlaub !!!

Es war wirklich wundervoll ! Wir kamen zwei Stunden früher an und es war kein Problem wir konnten sofort in die Wohnung. Als wir rein kamen stand schon eine Flasche Wein und etwas süßes für uns bereit. Josefine hat sich sofort um unseren Hund gekümmert und ihn mit einer Tüte Leckerlies bestochen :-) Die Vermieterin ( Josefine ) ist wirklich herzlich und kümmert sich um alles ! Das beste war dann der Schnizel-Abend super lecker aber nicht zu schaffen ! Die Wohnung ist einfach eingerichtet aber hat alles was man braucht selbst eine Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel ist in der Fewo. Das einzige was uns gestört hat war das wir nur eine Woche gebucht hatten… Eins steht fest: Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder !!!!

Einfach toll!

Keine der Wohnungen, die wir in unseren bisherigen Urlauben hatten, war so großzügig ausgestattet wie diese. Da fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Die Lage in dem ruhigen Ort Walchen ist nah an Zell am See und Kaprun (nur ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto). Nach Krimml fährt man ca. 45 Min. Zur Vermieterin kann man nur eins sagen: Besser geht’s nicht! Sie ist supernett und sehr um das Wohlergehen ihrer Gäste bemüht. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt! 👍👍👍

Erholsame Ferien vom Großstadtalltag

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und fühlten uns sehr willkommen in einer schönen Ferienwohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte. Für uns war alles zum Besten, gerne buchen wir hier wieder.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung, alles da was man braucht. Dazu noch vorne die Terasse mit Grill für die Nachmittagssonne und hinten der Balkon mit toller Aussicht und Morgensonne. Etwas unglücklich ist lediglich das die 3 Balkonfenster zur Nachbarwohnung gehören. Josefine (die Vermieterin) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, man hat sofort das Gefühl als würde man sich schon länger kennen. Wenn es uns nochmal in diese Gegend zieht werden wir ganz bestimmt wieder dort buchen.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, sehr nette Wirtin

Wir haben hier einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich zwischen Wiesen und Bäumen mit weideten Pferden, Kühen und Ziegen. Auch um das Haus gibt es viele Möglichkeiten sich im Freien aufzuhalten. mit 2 Sitzgruppen mitTischen und einen eigenen Grill. Direkt vor dem Haus findet man die schönsten Wege zum Wandern und Fahradfahren. Die Wirtin war immer für uns da und verwöhnte uns mit Rat und Tat. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist nahezu voll ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen.

UN PETIT COCON.

Dans un village rural, un petit cocon très propre, pratique, bien équipé, près de pistes à l'esprit familiale, des douceurs à l'acceuil, des streudels en cadeau et la gentilesse de Josephine en plus! nous le recommandons chaudement au gens simples aimant le calme de la campagne, aux familles avec enfants (luges, bouées, pistes pour enfants)

Gut erreichbare Unterbringung mit freundlichen Vermietern, guter Raumausstattung und Carport.

Das Haus liegt leicht bergauf, ist aber auch bei schlechten Straßenbedingungen noch gut zu erreichen. Außerdem fährt ein zuverlässiger Winterdienst, der die Straßen gut befahrbar hält. Die tägliche Benutzung des Autos wird durch den Carport sehr vereinfacht, weil nicht unnötig Schnee und Eis entfernt werden muss. Die Wohnräume sind gut ausgestattet. Es gab zum Beispiel Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, ausreichende Küchenutensilien und einen Fernseher. Zur Trocknung der Skikleidung gibt es einen Wäschetrockner und die Ski können in einem Schuppen untergestellt werden. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundliche Personen, welche mit freundlichen Gesten und Gesprächen sehr zum Wohlgefühl beigetragen haben. Die Anbindung an die Skigebiete Zell am See und Kaprun ist mit dem Auto sehr einfach. Mit dem Skibus kann man Kaprun leider nicht direkt erreichen, sondern muss erst Richtung Zell am See fahren und dann in die entgegengesetzte Richtung umsteigen. Wer eine ruhige bequeme Unterbringung sucht, wird hier findig. Einzig sehr lange Personen sollten aufpassen, denn ein Türrahmen ist nur ca. 180 cm hoch. Zu guter Letzt zum Einkaufen. Im Dorf selbst gibt es einen Supermarkt, der in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Ansonsten kann sowohl in Piesendorf, Kaprun oder Zell am See einfach in den Supermärkten eingekauft werden.

Sehr gemütliche Wohnung, mit allem was man so braucht. Die Lage ist sehr günstig für sämtliche Unternehmungen. Und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem also ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt.
