Villa Adam is an old industrialist’s villa in the Eulengebirge mountains, built in 1925 by the textile manufacturer Adam; it nearly fell into disrepair in the postwar period!
We completely renovated and modernised it in 2014, from the roof to the basement. Today, it’s a small grand hotel that you can rent, featuring 6 fully furnished 4-star rooms, an open kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a balcony, a terrace, a garden, a grill, a sauna/infrared cabin, and an on-site wine cellar. Nestled in the countryside at the foot of the “Hohe Eule” at 450 metres, you have access to a pool, tennis court, and fitness facilities. If you don’t feel like cooking, there’s a great restaurant and bar just around the corner. Hiking trails start right at your doorstep; if you’re lucky, you might see deer close enough to almost touch... If you need any services—from bread delivery to cooking and waitstaff—we can organise almost anything. Or if you’re just looking for peace, nature, comfort, and a bit of seclusion… voilà… Villa Adam!
